ऑफ़लाइन नागरिक और आपराधिक अपराध के लिए आसानी से आसान क्षेत्रीय तंत्र की धारणा।
नागरिकों को समय पर उपचार प्रदान करना, साइबर नागरिकों को हल करना और इंटरनेट पर कानून का शासन लागू करना।
व्यापक ढ़ांचागत ढाँचे को ध्यान में रखते हुए एक स्थापत्य ढाँचा स्थापित करना सुनिश्चित किया गया।
